Are you fascinated by the world of technology and its potential to transform organizations? Do you have a keen interest in both IT systems and the legal domain? If so, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) has a unique opportunity for you as an IT Support Apprentice.

As an apprentice at CIArb, you will embark on a dynamic journey that blends information technology and legal arbitration. This apprenticeship will provide you with hands-on experience, skill development, and a deep understanding of how IT systems are integrated to support the modernization and efficiency of arbitration processes.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 IT Support Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Support with troubleshooting issues using tools such as Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Update and prepare laptops/PCs
- Learn to handle IT case workload and support IT customers progressing to more complex casework under supervision and eventually on your own
- Working on Business Systems, supporting more senior colleagues, initially learning to test and resolve systemic problems and how to correctly reconfigure test, and save changes.
- Participate in cross-functional IT business projects or activities alongside your manager or supervisor, who will support your learning.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

- Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- £21,749 Per annum
