Due to continued growth the position of **Senior Quantity Surveyor **has become available to join newly established team based at **Heathrow**.

As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period "H7", Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 - The Queen's Terminal.

This role offers dynamic working.

**Role Requirements**
- Extensive experience of setting up and/or operating office management systems including filing systems and document control and distribution
- Extensive experience of technical minute taking at contractual meetings and able to demonstrate the ability to collate information, prepare reports, payment certificates and interim financial reports and closeout reports
- Extensive experience of drafting effective contractual correspondence and the facilitation of collaborative solutions
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate commercial experience in the construction industry with demonstrable track record of achievement
- Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
