REACH Alternative Education is looking for a Youth Worker to join our committed and passionate team. The position will include delivering group and 1 to 1 sessions to students in KS2, KS3, KS4 and KS5.

We work on building transferrable skills and supporting young people with their social and emotional needs. Our approach is flexible and child-focused and we use a mixture of outdoor education, life skills and programs that engage and respect young people and their needs.

If you consider yourself a team worker, have experience in engaging hard to reach young people, have some understanding of trauma, attachment and SEN, are passionate about working with young people aged 8-18, are motivated and resilient, kind and innovative and like the outdoors, then we would like to hear from you.

A strong support system and training package will be provided.

Closing date - **15th of February, 2023**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £18,730.14 per year
