**Overview**:
SquareOne Training are an Internationally renowned IT Training company that are looking for an experienced IT/Microsoft Trainer to join our growing team. As an IT trainer for SquareOne, you will be expected to deliver inspirational, positive and dynamic training courses that meet the needs of leading brands throughout the UK & Europe.

Training is delivered primarily to businesses, but trainers will be expected to be comfortable engaging with various employment types to deliver training that can support them with their goals.

Please note, we are open to full-time, part-time or freelance trainers across the UK as we are continuinly growing as a business and have increasing demand. Training courses are delivered either face-to-face or online through Teams/Zoom.

**Salary**: Varies depending on full-time, part-time or freelance (will discuss)

**Duties**:

- Develop and deliver Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) training programs to individuals or groups
- Assess the learning needs of participants and tailor training materials accordingly
- Create and deliver training programmes that are inspirational, dynamic and most importantly engaging
- Provide tutoring and support to individuals who require additional assistance
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of participants, particularly our Skills Bootcamp learners
- Collaborate withSquareOne team to expand and create new exciting training courses
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and education
- Helping to write course outlines, content or blogs (when not training)
- Delivering Skills Bootcamps in Data Analysis or Graphic Design (if applicable)

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office, primarly Excel
- Proven experience as an IT Trainer, teacher, consultant or similar role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with a range of learners, with safeguarding experience preferred
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning theories
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet the diverse needs of participants
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Adobe or Office 365 experience would be incredibly welcome
- Flexibility to travel, with mileage covered

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 7 - 37 per week
