My name is Lindsey Hoather, I am the team Manager for Wetherby YOI CAMHS. I am seeking a Band 6 (Registered professional) Mental Health Practitioner to join my team. The main tasks within the Complex Care pathway are to provide in depth assessment, support in stabilisation for a young person, providing 1:1 intervention and formulation of their complex needs.

This pathway provides assessment and intervention to some of the most complex young within the establishment. There is a wide variety of needs for the young people, however some include Mental Illness, Trauma and risk to self.

You will work alongside the local Clinical Leadership Team and Operational Manager to support teams in the achievement of clinical excellence, patient safety and regulatory assurance across a range of healthcare services for young people. HMYOI Wetherby is the largest secure provision in the country for young males and females aged between 15 and 19.The service is underpinned by the Framework for Integrated Care which is a developmentally and trauma informed mental health service model.
