The Risk Projects and Solutions Team supports the firm's Chief Risk Officer and Risk Management and Compliance CFO in running a world-class organization through sound governance practices and impactful content, disciplined project and solutions delivery, business management services and ongoing development of strategic initiatives.

As part of Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) team you are at the centre of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. You help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new & emerging risks and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers and communities.

As a data scientist you will play an important role in the Intelligent Automation (IA) Centre of Excellence (CoE), providing quick to market solutions. You will be exposed to exciting technologies in the business such as NLP, GPT and creating solutions using the No code / Low code tools like Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath AI Center and Python. You will spend the day using these tools and assisting the business in their use as well as providing expertise to the tool community.

**Job responsibilities**
- Solve business challenges and develop solutions using the latest No code / Low code tools Alteryx, Tableau, Python, UiPath AI Center, ensuring design thinking and attention to controls
- Build solutions using the latest Large Language Models like GPT to solve business challenges
- Identify and drive new opportunities for process improvement within RM&C focusing on top-down analysis, tool usage and use case feasibility
- Partner with RM&C business partners as a trusted advisor, providing a best-in-class consulting and advisory service where applicable
- Demo and showcase new solutions, features and tools within our Intelligent Automation toolkit, driving Citizen Development
- Work in a hybrid environment (60% office / 40% remote) taking advantage of in-office collaboration while enjoying the flexibility to work remote

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Experienced developing solutions using one or more of the mentioned Intelligent Automation tools
- Experienced in data science and able to translate theory into practical solutions
- Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with both technology and business users
- Ability to articulate technical and complex topics in a clear concise manner to non-technical users
- Comfortable presenting solution demos and walkthroughs to a large audience, handling live questions and challenges and telling a story from business problem to solution proposal
- Experience working with stakeholders and/or clients; managing relationships, demonstrating good time management, and influencing senior management

**Preferred qualification, capabilities and skills**

The following additional items will be considered but are not required for this role.
- Familiarity with agile and scrum
- Familiar in UX design
- Experience with Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket
- Knowledge of SQL, SAS, R and other programming languages
- Experienced using OmniAI and similar platforms
