We are seeking an experienced:
**Carer Adviser & Group Facilitator**

**Options of 22.5 or 30 hour per week**

**Salary: £15,319 - £20,425 (pro rata of £25,531 fte)**

**Fixed term until 31st March 2027**

**Based from Northallerton office**

You will work alongside a team of Carer Advisers supporting small groups of adult carers with common needs, challenges, and experiences. You will continue to develop and deliver established groups, as well as identify, design, and develop new groups according to identified need. You will possess an empathetic nature and be dynamic and proactive in your approach.

The work will be predominantly in Richmondshire, but your office base will be in Northallerton with outreach working to network, map, plan and deliver sessions for Carers ‘at place’ in their communities.
