Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and crafting delicious beverages. A knowledge of Scottish Whisky preferred however fear not full training will be given. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
- Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

**Skills**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong bartending skills, including knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating tips
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional hospitality skills to provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to work well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
