Our work environment includes:

- Modern office setting

We are currently looking to add a contract supervisor to our team this will involve running several smaller sites from house extensions and new build houses to commercial refurbishments.

You will be responsible for 3-4 small sites at one time our number one priority is a quality finish for our clients and the wellbeing of our employees.

Joinery background would be preferred.

Duties will include the following

supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with management to monitor costs

liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public

coordinating and supervising construction workers

ordering all materials for delivery to site

making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety

checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings

maintaining quality control procedures

finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up

assessing and minimising risk

writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
