We are looking for a scientist with a background in inkjet technology to join our liquid inks development team to contribute to the research and formulation of inkjet security inks and to carry out evaluations of new raw materials.

The Role:

- To work as part of a laboratory based team, to develop new security products for Inkjet printing and to support and maintain existing products.
- To carry out technical work and solve problems for customer enquiries to an agreed standard.
- To document experimental results and maintain accurate laboratory records
- To carry out routine tasks to maintain laboratory H&S and 5S

Potential career paths from this role are likely to be advancement within the laboratory to more senior technical roles.

What you’ll need:

- Experience of Inkjet ink development
- A degree in chemistry, physics or similar related discipline and/or experience of working in a laboratory
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong initiative and focus on achieving technical results and meeting customer requirements
