**Sales Office Administrator**

**West Park, Leeds, LS16 6QE**

**£23-25,000**

**Hybrid - Mon-Thu office, Fri WFH**

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Order Processing**: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with various internal departments to address any order-related issues and maintain open lines of communication with customers.

**Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, customer records, and documentation. Generate reports and analyse data as required

**Communication**: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the office.

**Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with creating and editing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to gather necessary materials and information.

**Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

**Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports as required

**Experience & Skills**

Proven experience as a sales office administrator or in a similar administrative role.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

A positive can-do outlook is vital for this important role.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
