- **The Role**:_

The main purpose of the Venue Booker is to call or walk into supermarkets in person all around London/ surrounding areas and build a rapport with managers/ Charity Champions explaining the fantastic work that our well known charities do.

Once the rapport has been built you will book charity fundraisers into the venues to create more awareness and ultimately fundraise for these brilliant organisations.
- **What skills do I need?**_
- Remember you will be _**convincing**_ _managers to let fundraisers work in and around their businesses so those people in charge have to like or respect you and at the very least care about what your saying._

**This job can be fun heres a typical scenario of your job >>>>**

Monday wake up get a call 'hey i need 4 sites for next week can you help, 'yes, no problem, I feel like going to East London today, let's see what supermarkets are around there'. 'Ok booked 2 sites but they needed 4 in total for next week I'll just go to West London tomorrow to get some more'.

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to different venues
- Develop a full understanding of the Charities.
- Influence the decision maker/ Charity Champion
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work as part of a team as well as on an individual basis
- Achieve targets on call quality and performance measures

**What we pay you**:
Depending on our needs we have a variation of pay for which we determine the quality of the site.

I.e
- **Emergency Sites - **_These are the easiest sites to book and sometimes takes zero effort to secure. When we're running low on sites or have an influx of fundraisers we might ask for these sites. Emergency sites are basically random business owners giving us permission to work outside their stores e.g 'Danny's dog groomers' or any shop in a busy town or a high street. For these we pay **£60**
- **Average Sites - **_This is like sainsburys locals or Tescos express, small Audi's or Lidls. Well known stores that have decent foot fall and are small'ish and still might allow us to work inside but at the very least outside the front of store. This is important because its their stamp of approval that helps our fundraising efforts greatly. For this we pay **£80**
- **Good Sites - **_This is sites like Tesco/ Sainsburys superstores, big Mns, smaller tescos and sainsburys inside shopping centres places with a lot of footfall indoors are amazinglocations. For this we pay **£100+**

We require around 3 - 6 sites per week So that can be some seriously good money for just walking into a shop with the gift of the gab and a peice of paper in your hand.

All sites must be signed off by the relavant managers with a form that we provide you with as confirmation.
