Technical Auditor

**Technical Auditor - **London & South East - Up to 36k, Company Car & Benefits**

A great opportunity to join a national company where you'll be visiting customer sites to conduct audits on any electrical work that has been carried out by our field based Electrical Engineers and make sure that they been completed to a satisfactory standard.

**Responsibilities**:

- To ensure that the required percentage of reports that are carried out by the field-based engineers are quality checked for errors (technical and grammatical), are completed to a satisfactory standard and countersign as required.
- Conduct site visits to ensure each field engineer has a site inspection at least once a year.
- Provide Technical Feedback to the regional management teams by way of a bimonthly meeting located in the region.

**Essential Requirements**
- To be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Effectively assess work and provide constructive feedback.
- Will be able to work away from home or weekends on occasion and be available for possible evening work.
- Must have a full and clean UK driving licence and level 3 company car or car allowance provided
- To meet the requirements of an enhanced criminal records disclosure.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding and acceptance of equality and diversity in the workplace.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years test and inspection experience
- At least 6 years relevant post qualification experience
- Working knowledge of BS7671
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Umbrella Legislation
- Basic IT Skills

**Required Qualifications**
- City & Guilds 2360/2365 parts 1 & 2
- Electricians A & B Certificate
- Level 2 & 3 Technical Certificate complete with relevant NVQ L3
- ONC/HNC Electrical Engineering
- City and Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing
- Current Regulations qualification update
