**Hours per week: Variable shift rota - 19:00 - 03:00 - 35 hours per week**

**Job Overview**

We are currently recruiting for DTC (Direct to Customer) Booking in & Feedback Marshall to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s site in Hertfordshire.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Prepare DTC delivery address labels into the DTC routes
- Identify complaints on driver feedback sheet that require POD (Proof of Delivery) and special attention
- Assign feedback sheets to associated route and combine into paperwork.
- Cross-reference customer complaints & investigate to identify if query is driver / customer / system related.
- Cross-reference data from DTR/DTC One-Stop Shop Google Doc (Live Doc) with DTC feedback sheets and identify drivers that need to be spoken to.
- Night team handover early life (New Customers) DTC - complete required feedback.
- Night team handover High Priority complaints DTC - complete required feedback.
- Obtain Driver comments and provide Feedback to customer queries - Provide feedback to Sunday - Monday queries (TNL and GNM)
- Drop Transfer/Route Re-Sequence added to the Night to Day handover
- Preliminary Compliance check - Issue paperwork ONLY if driver has passed 4 stage check
- TAPP Monitoring (Scanning) - check and monitor Device/ route Download - On request -Split routes in TAAP - Upload POD's in to TAAP
- Drop allocation investigation - Investigate drop allocation and resolve transfer request prior raising with Planning
- Issue Zone safe Tag and record data - Issue tags
- Delivery Device - Stock Control - Issue device record data
- Supports and implements effective and timely resolutions in mitigating issues.
- Monitor and assist with Managers on the control of all product flow and vehicle movements across the sites.
- Ensures excellent site & yard management is adhered to by all working partners
- Assist with the compliance to all DTC distribution KPI’s being achieved
- Monitor and comply with workplace organisation requirements in accordance with operational aspect
- Ensures effective and efficient channels of communication with accurate and timely shared information, escalating where require
- The role requires experience and detailed knowledge of the company’s distribution models and print production.
- This must include DTC distribution aspects with an understanding of the principles of a multi distribution channel operation.
- Must be conversant with ISO 9001:2008 and BS18001 quality management systems and can review TIG’s and operational procedures.

- Ability to work safely.
- License/certification for any material handling equipment you are required to operate.
- Assist in making key decisions during a live environment, using their knowledge gained from experience, a team player that is willing to have an input into the DTC functions
- Has the ability to work within a team and on occasions can make a decision using their own experiences feeding back the issues and resolution to the Managers.
