**About The Role**:
These positions are part of Homelessness, Independence and Preventative Services which adopts a preventative approach across the housing, health and social care agendas. If you want to work in the public sector, be part of a progressive team and enjoy providing practical support, this is a unique opportunity for you as we are interested in what you can bring to help us improve and develop our services for our residents.

You will need to be energetic and enthusiastic, and you will need excellent interpersonal skills to quickly build up rapport and trust with residents and other professionals. You will proactively learn on the job to build up your knowledge and skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess complex and diverse needs of residents.
- Adopt a casework based problem-solving approach.
- Implement solutions to minimise time spent in temporary accommodations.
- Proactively learn on the job.

**Your Skills**:

- An excellent communicator to engage effectively with a broad range of people.
- Able to work independently but collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated to achieve successful preventative outcomes.

**Essential for the Role**:
Basic DBS check is required for the role.
