We have an exciting opportunity for a **Support Worker **to join our **Accommodation Based Services** team providing **housing** and **support** to **adults**, who are **homeless **or at **risk of homelessness** in** Evesham, Worcestershire.**
- **
There is so much variety.** You could be helping someone move and settle into their new home, safety planning to reduce harm, helping someone secure their desired job or secure the place on the training course they have aspired to, support with independent living skills like shopping, budgeting, and cooking.
- Your support will be **trauma-informed. **You will understand people’s backgrounds and focus on their strengths.
- There will be **tailored, specific training** that will help you advance through a training pathway and progress during your career at CCP.
- You will work in collaboration championing Consultation and Engagement. **Working in partnership** with our residents, their families, external agencies including; Local Authority housing and homelessness teams, Health Services, Employment/Training services, and Adult Services.
- Our **close-knit teams **of Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and Project Managers deliver their support over a rota pattern with the possibility of occasional weekends.
- ** Experience in the Health and Social Care sector** or with people would be useful in this role. However, this is not essential as induction & training will be given.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be patient, kind, resilient, professional, with a calm and caring approach.

Position:_**_ _Support Worker (Adult Supported Accommodation) - Job ID 756_

**_ Hours: _**_Part-time_ _30 hrs per week. 2 x 3pm - 11pm shifts and 2 x 8am - 4pm shifts over 7 day period_

**_ Contract: _**_Permanent_

**_ Location: _**_Evesham_

**_ Pay: _**_£22,000 per year full-time equivalent (Part-time will be £17,600 based on 30 hours per week)_
