Join us as our first Content Marketer. If you're passionate about **creating content **and **engaging with users**, this is your chance. You'll take full control of our social media channels and create and post engaging content and interact with our community, you’ll directly influence our trajectory with an aim of drawing in new users and scale effective growth tactics.. **You'll have the freedom to experiment and directly shape our direction.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce shortform and longform content for social media channels on Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, Facebook and X
- Generate and brainstorm ideas for viral content
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Take full control of our socials and drive up the number of followers
- Engage and record with football fans and general public
- Monitor and analyse the performance of and re-iterate, tweak and improve
- Create and manage social media competitions to drive sharing

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of social media platforms - in particular Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok with a track record
- Strong video production and editing skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Confidence to speak infront of a camera and talk to the public
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to spot new opportunities for improved performance
- An ability to prioritise well and work under tight deadlines
- Proactive and able to drive results unsupervised as well demonstrating strong teamwork skills

**Preferred but not required**:
Football Enthusiasm and Knowledge: A passion for football, including an active interest in current football news, avid enjoyment of live matches, and a good understanding of player statistics analysis.

Pay: £29,186.00-£33,000.00 per year
