Mechanical Estimator

We are an established Electrical & Mechanical Company specialising across multiple sectors including residential, commercial & education. We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Mechancial Estimator to join our experienced Estimation team with the preparation and submission of tenders.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Plumbing/ Mechancial services and products
- Ability to co-ordinate with our preferred designers in order to produce design and build tenders
- Attention to detail
- Drive to succeed
- Full driving licence and available mode of transport

**Preferences**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Estimation
- Previous experience in M&E environment

**Role Responsibilites**:

- Preparation of take-offs from drawings
- Preparation of quotes including liaise with suppliers for competitive prices
- Liaising with clients where necessary enabling a good rapport to be maintained
- Manage and respond to tender enquiries
- Manage and submit tenders
- General administration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
