A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Fitter/Welder/Fabricator to join a specialist automotive manufacturer with a fantastic industry reputation.

Extensive training and development are offered for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals who are keen to learn.

This role would suit someone with mig welding experience, fabrication skills and strong knowledge of hydraulics.

**The Role**
- Fitting sub frames and cranes to commercial vehicles
- Carrying out fitment to required specification
- Working within a team to ensure timely manufacture of crane fitted vehicles

**The Successful Individual**
- You will be a team player
- You will have good attention to detail
- You will have a can-do attitude
- You will be able to work unsupervised
- You will have knowledge of mechanical fitting practices and able to read engineering drawings
- MIG welding experience
- Fabrication experience
- Hydraulic fitting knowledge
- You should be able to work from technical drawings and written instructions and be mechanically minded.

Our client, a specialist crane manufacturer is currently looking for a fitters/fabricators to join the manufacturing team in Falkirk.

We need someone who is skilled in crane building in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and who takes pride in producing high quality work.

**The Role**
- Previous crane fitting experience, fabrication skills and the use of hand tools, drills and grinders is preferable, but not essential.
- The role will require you to work on the production of mobile cranes.

**The Successful Individual**
- You should have experience working in a crane or material handling environment.
- You should be able to work from technical drawings and written instructions and be mechanically minded.
- You will have confident using tools.
- You will have experience with cranes or be willing to learn.
