Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a leading international Group with revenues of around £7 billion in 130 countries. We are looking to appoint a new **Management Accountant** based near Halesowen.

**Management Accountant**:
You will provide a high level of Financial support including the provision of monthly management accounts in line with Group and IFRS requirements, production of internal reports, information, graphs, variance analysis and commentary, and the managementof the budgeting and forecasting processes. Also you should proactively highlight financial risks and opportunities to the Management Team and implement projects and initiatives as required.

In addition, you will be responsible for routine monthly tasks such as FX revaluation, bank reconciliations, fixed asset accounting and journal postings for various entities. You will facilitate inter-company reconciliations and VAT Returns. You will ensurethat internal controls are implemented and operational and be responsible for balance sheet reconciliations including identification of risks. You will support in preparing IFRS statutory accounts and corporation tax analysis.

A self-confident accounting professional, you will be fully qualified with a proven knowledge and experience of financial accounts and business control, ideally gained within a large global company. You will be approachable with strong interpersonal skillsand be customer service orientated. You will be able to communicate and build relationships with customers at all levels and be a team player.

You will have excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask and be self-aware with a focus on personal development. You will have a customer service focused with strong communication skills and the ability to re-engineer processes to improveefficiency.

You will hold ACA, ACCA or CIMA, ideally recently qualified.

Knowledge of at least one financial ERP system e.g. SAP is essential for this role, as are very good Excel skills.
