This is an exciting new post working across both resuscitation and reducing restrictive intervention training teams this is an exciting new Post within the Learning and Development team.
The post holder will, under the guidance and direction of the Learning and Development Facilitator, develop and deliver learning and development interventions including, Reducing Restrictive Interventions (RRI), Immediate Life support (ILS) and Community Life Support (CLS).
The post holder will work collaboratively with Team Leads, Instructors, Service Users and Subject Matter Experts to develop and deliver effective training programmes.
In the absence of Band 6 facilitators will undertake the day-to-day management of the Band 4 facilitators.
The post holder will support the Learning and Development Team in the development and delivery of training interventions across Resuscitation and RRI but may be required to support other portfolios held by the Learning and Development Team.
With the support of Lead Facilitators, the postholder will develop and evaluate the delivery of accredited and bespoke training programmes including professional qualifications, vocational, coaching and other developmental training interventions in conjunction with
external partners where appropriate
The post holder will work towards becoming an accredited trainer with RRN network and Resuscitation Council ILS courses.
