**Graduate Software Engineer**

We are currently looking for a graduate Software Engineer to join our Graduate Scheme working as part of our technical team in Farnborough, developing cutting-edge next generation experimental and POC technology solutions within the Defence & Security sector.

**A few details about the role**
- Experiencing the full software product life-cycle (design, implementation, test and installation)
- Presenting to customers and other stakeholders
- You can expect to be working closely with all our operational teams and senior management on a daily basis.
- Throughout the programme we will support you through training and development, giving you the opportunity to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge.

**We ask you have the following**
- We are looking for bright and enthusiastic graduates who have a passion for solving technical problems with an ability to work both independently and in a team. You must have a willingness to learn new skills, both technical and non-technical.
- Our Graduate Programme is open to prospective graduates with a STEM based degree. Industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential (i.e. internship/placement).
