**The opportunity**:
We currently have an opportunity available for an individual to support our Operational Risk and Controls Framework and Operational Oversight Functions. This is to ensure the business remain compliant with Group Mandated controls as well as local policies, guidelines, and regulations.

You will be supporting business wide control owners and teams to continuously maintain and improve on the control environment and embed the culture of effective processes and controls.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Understand Key Operational Functions and Processes to perform appropriate oversight and propose improved or revised processes.
- Perform and support Compliance and Oversight of the Business Resilience Framework and its delivery and development.
- Identify and escalate appropriate opportunities for improving business performance, with a focus on service delivery, governance, controls, and cost efficiency.
- Exposure and Support (as a Shared Service) to the broader business to communicate and translate the Group requirements across all business functions under the ICIF/GTO Framework.
- Ensure any Regulatory, 2nd Line, and 3rd Line deliverables are overseen and met timely and accurately with such delivery recorded and managed through appropriate MI.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organisational, planning and prioritisation skills for individual workloads, business initiatives and projects.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to develop original and creative solutions to complex problems.
- Maintains and builds own momentum, delivers under pressure with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, fluid and challenging environment.
- Be numerate, hardworking and enthusiastic with an ability to take ownership and responsibility for customers and own actions.
- Basic knowledge of Audit interactions.
- Basic knowledge of Risk & Controls and Business continuity.
