Strategic Business Coaching is a company with a history of producing excellent training materials for our students in a range of fields. We are looking to expand our team to work on new projects and further build our loyal base of professional students.

Our goal is to make learning clear and simple.

We are based in Trowbridge, Cardiff and Birmingham.

We are looking for a full-time, permanent staff member.

**The role**

Content writers at Strategic Business Coaching work together to produce high-quality training materials based on internal and external deadlines.

The day-to-day work will vary, but your role may involve:

- Writing study notes, revision notes, mock exam questions and some marketing content based on what you research or learn in the role
- Creating visual presentations and recording voice-overs to teach students
- After your training, proof-reading the work of others for technical accuracy, spelling, punctuation, grammar, and style
- Undertaking training sessions to develop your range of skills further
- Working on or leading one-time projects

As you develop, you will be given the opportunity to develop the role around your own strengths and ambitions.

For the first few weeks, you will be expected to attend the Trowbridge or Cardiff office every day, but after that, you can work 2 days in the office and the rest at home.

**Requirements**:

- A strong command of English
- An upper-second class bachelor’s degree or higher
- A-levels grades A* to C or equivalent (please list in your CV)
- GCSE in English and Maths
- Computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and to deadlines

You must also be driven to continuously improve, ready to use feedback to update and adapt your work to best serve our students.

- Starting salary/benefits package = £30,000 per annum (total package assumes you opt-into the pension scheme)
