Tux Auto Design, a family-owned business based in Cleckheaton, is seeking a part-time Collections Agent to join our team. We offer a supportive and friendly work environment where you'll feel valued and appreciated.

**About the Role**:
**In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining our financial health by**:

- Collecting payments from customers on a designated day each week.
- Working with customers to set up convenient payment plans.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Communicating effectively with both customers and colleagues.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 1 year of experience in collections is necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
