**About being a Catering Recruitment Consultant**

Join our **#OneBlueFamily** at our well-established **branch in Maidstone**, within the Catering sector specialising in temporary business, you will be actively developing existing and new clients.

As a Catering Recruitment Consultant, you will have access to our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow **we embrace blended working, in this role you will be working remotely from home and meeting up with the team in Maidstone every few weeks to work together.** We are committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that support our Operational teams when it's time to switch off.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include**:

- Proactively identifying and establishing client relationships within the Catering sector
- Business development outbound calls
- Visiting clients so you will need to drive and have access to a car
- Marketing, advertising, and working to sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary Catering staff
- Managing and building relationships with your team of temporary employees
