Administration Apprentice

Amethyst, part of the Cathay Group, is looking for an Administration Apprentice to join our team.
You will join as an apprentice under a fixed term contract and will receive a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification via remote learning with Croydon College.
As an Administration Apprentice you'll learn about and assist the smooth running of contracts by providing accurate & efficient administrative support to Operation Managers & Team leaders. As an Administration Apprentice you’ll learn all aspects of administration working with our team in Wellesbourne.
You will need to meet the minimum qualification threshold for an apprentice in Maths and English, but no other prior qualifications are required.
At the end of the apprenticeship course there may be the opportunity for a permanent role.
**An Administration Apprentice will**:
- Provide customer service
- Provide customers and senior management with accurate and timely information
- Assist with the smooth implementation of the new WMS (MACS)
- Answer calls to the office
- Uphold and maintain H&S standards
- Be a positive influence on the team
- Resolve customers queries
The role is 100% based in the office so is ideal for someone who is looking to learn alongside our friendly team.
