**Responsibilities**:

- Become an expert on internal systems such as Iris for timesheets
- Processing documents thought SAGE Line 50 such as invoices
- Utilising collaborative tech such Sage Cloud for accessing book-keeping data
- Using Microsoft Word for drafting letters
- Using Excel for holding client records
- Being first response when someone calls the office and directing the calls to correct person

**Salary**:
£14,000 per annum
