**Insolvency Administrator**

We are looking for a conscientious and ambitious administrator to join our growing business and be a key member of our team as we continue our growth.

The role is to effectively manage an allocated case load of insolvency assignments, primarily liquidations from start to finish. Key responsibilities include though are not limited to the following:

- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed on time
- Maintaining cash accounting records and reconciling bank accounts
- Maintaining and updating case management system
- Effective production of case documents
- Agreeing creditors’ claims
- Any other ad hoc tasks required

**Full training will be provided, and the role offers the opportunity for further study for professional qualifications.**

The successful applicant must be comfortable performing in a challenging environment which operates in a compliance driven framework. The role would suit someone with an interest in finance accountancy or insolvency. Preferably be educated to higher level, or equivalent and hold appropriate qualifications in Maths and English. Insolvency industry experience would be advantageous along with the following personal qualities
- Proven organisation skills
- Taking ownership of tasks
- Client focussed
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a varied case portfolio
- Confident with online software and general software use
- Quality approach to work
- Demonstrable experience of working within the Insolvency sector would be advantageous

Hours: Business operates core hours between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Standard hours are 35 per week Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be available,

Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: £19,838.00-£35,000.00 per year
