**About Us**:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Door-to-Door Canvasser to join our team. As the face of Tidal, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by promoting our window cleaner app directly to potential clients in residential areas.

**Role Summary**:
The Operations Manager will be crucial in managing our network of window cleaners, overseeing operational strategies, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role involves people management, operational planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel to areas near your home and introduce our window cleaning services and app features.
- Engage with potential customers to explain the benefits of our services and sign them up via our app.
- Meet and exceed customer acquisition targets.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve our services and canvassing approach.

**Compensation Structure**
- Initial Payment: Earn the value of the first clean for each new customer you onboard. Example: £20 for a £20 first clean.
- Ongoing Royalty: Receive an ongoing royalty of 10% of the total funds spent by the customer for the next 12 months. For example, if a customer spends £20/month, you earn a £2 monthly royalty.
- Earnings Potential: With 150 new customers per month (7 customers per day), earn £3,000 from initial cleans plus a growing monthly royalty, starting at £3,000 per month for a total of £6,000.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- No previous sales experience required, but it’s a plus.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking/standing for extended periods.
