NEW ROLE We’re excited to announce that we’re working with a renowned online retail business in the search for their Head of Social Media and Lead You’ll be able to work your own hours as well as being given a generous holiday allowance, making this rolean opportunity of a lifetime The company is putting a big focus on their social strategy, making it the perfect opportunity for someone with a background in organic engagement looking to take their next big step in their career

Your role in the company will include; shaping the strategic direction for all social media platforms, leading a team to create engaging content across various channels, and even taking control of influencer marketing helping to increase engagement. If you’rea hands-on, ambitious, experienced B2C marketeer, then keep reading

**Responsibilities**:

- Improve organic media results through social and search platforms reducing spend across paid media
- Responsible for all content across all social media channels
- Create strong video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc.
- Working with wider marketing team to develop campaign ideas
- Provide motivation, training, coaching and support to fully develop your team and reach deadlines
- Effective use of SEO, improve our digital footprint
- Influence the strategy for different social media platforms
- Build relationships with influencers and identify social/PR opportunities.
- Increase engagement levels across all channels in order to grow the business.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- A strong background in social media
- Experience working with influencers
- Experience generating organic social media traffic
- Ability to create video content and influencer outreaching
- A B2C background would be beneficial
- Experience leading a team

**About you**
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to understand algorithms and keep up to date with trends
- This is a creative role, but you will also need to be analytical
- Ability to motivate, coach and develop your team
- A clear understanding of how content impacts the wider marketing activities including, SEO, PR, Marketing Automation and Paid Media
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to analyse data effectively
