Construction Laborer

Hall Macadam Ltd is looking for an Onsite Operative to join our well established tarmac surfacing & civils team based in Scothern, Lincolnshire.

The job would include both hand and machine lay Tarmac work as well as all aspects of construction ground works on sites in and around Lincolnshire.

**Experience**

The role requires a reliable, hard-working individual who has a desire to continually improve.
- Full Clean UK driving licence is essential
- Small Lorry C + 1 highly desirable although not essential
- Experience in civils & surfacing is desirable but not necessarily required
- Valid CSCS Card desirable but not essential
- Full training will be given

**Probation Period**:
**Salary**
- Rate per hour dependant on experience

**Days & Hours of Works**:

- Monday - Friday
- 7.00am - Arrival at yard (Earlier starts maybe required)
- Finish between 3.30pm - 5.30pm (Times will vary)
- Inclusion into the companies NEST pension scheme.
- 20 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
