Independent Living Advisor

BDS Recruitment are looking for a friendly and approachable individual to work in a Sheltered Housing Scheme for over 55's.
- Speak with the residents on a daily basis
- Check the properties for any repairs and reports
- Overseeing the service to ensure everything is running smoothly
- Arranging exciting activites with the residents; fish and chip nights, games nights or even a game of cards
- Health and safety checks

Previous housing experience is preferred with experience managing tenancies and void properties etc.

This is a part time positions offering 16-20 hours per week, flexible. We can offer a temporary contract lasting till April 2023 however this may be extended.

PAYE: £12.82 an hour.
