**Facilities Management Service Delivery**

**Location**: Ipswich - Fully Office Based with travel across regional sites.
**Salary**: £16.64 An Hour
**Working hours**: FULL TIME - Monday - Friday 8am - 5PM

**Full UK Driving License required (as travel across regional sites for meetings will be required).**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between staff and management
- Resolve queries efficiently and effectively
- Monitor workplace mailbox and compliance status
- Provide on-site assistance and advice to staff
- Attend meetings and provide support as needed
- Cover for team leader when required

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge and previous experience in Facilities Management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Contract management expertise
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Previous Experience in FM experience including health and safety.
- track record in building strong customer partnerships
- Contractor management experience.
