Trainer

Service Care Solutions are looking for a Trainer to work within a Government Entity on a 18-Month Contract.

**Location**: RAF Cranwell

**Job Role/Responsibilities**:
As a WSO/WSOp Sensor Operator Instructor your main responsibilities would be:

- The theoretical and practical instruction, as directed by the Head of Section, of students during Foundation or Advanced Sensor Operator phases. You may also be tasked to instruct refresher WSOps/WSOs and exchange officers to the standards prescribed inthe approved syllabi.
- The assessment of student performance with reference to the assessment specification pre-scribed in the approved syllabi. Student attainment levels, whether acceptable or not, should be appropriately advised to the student and be reported to your commandchain.
- The timely and accurate preparation of student reports and documentation required by sub paras a & b above.
- Assist the Head of Section in the daily supervision and welfare of students during all phases of training.
- Advice and guidance to students in both Foundation and Advanced phases to ensure their continual personal development.
- Management and security of all classified material held in the department.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Qualified WSOp ISTAR (Sensor).
- Operational experience as a Sensor Operator on Reaper/ Shadow.
- AIC/DTTT.
