**Location**:Appletree Court, Lyndhurst

**Salary**: £35,713 - £38,680 per year

**Hours**: 37 per week

New Forest District Council is the largest housing provider in the District with over 5,000 Council dwellings made up of houses, flats, hostels and schemes providing extra care. We are looking for an exceptional Repairs Supervisor to join our team of property professionals in providing a comprehensive, responsive and cost effective front line housing repair service.

As one of three Repairs Supervisors responsible for leading and managing a team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of an efficient reactive maintenance service you will have a strong technical background in construction, building pathology, defect diagnosis and experience of supervising teams in the field related to social housing.
