**Job Purpose**

Working within our Customer Supply area of the business this role is shift based, loading dry

Bulk tankers, unloading bulk tankers, bulk containers and one tonne FIBC’s.

Currently operating on a 24/5 rotating shift pattern, but due to operational demand the role will be

a 24/7 (4 on 4 off pattern) when required.

**Core Accountabilities**
- Control of the day-to-day production & outloading requirements for the bulk plant assisting sugar flow from silo’s.
- Completion of the plants weekly cleaning schedules.
- Ensure that all final product is to the agreed quality & specification by using the systems in

place, CCP’s and food safety to support with the final product.
- Ensure that customer demand/requirements are met ‘On Time, In Full’ and ‘Right First Time’

**Skills, Knowledge & Competencies**
- Knowledge of control systems (SCADA) and laboratory management systems (LIMS) preferred.
- Awareness & compliance of HACCP.
- Ability to organise and prioritise.
- Flexible and driven with a desire to achieve.
- Good communication skills.
- Works on own initiative and ability to work as part of a team.
- A valid UK forklift truck licence with experience (preferred, but training can be given)
- IOSH Working Safely (preferred, but training can be given)
