Festival Volunteer

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Volunteers. As a Volunteer, you will be working shoulder to shoulder with leading industry experts, playing a crucial role in a weekend of learning, collaboration, and networking. This is an unpaid position that offers valuable experience and the chance to develop your skills in various areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support sessions - Monitoring room, camera operations, Q&A assistance, etc
- Provide administrative support
- Demonstrate leadership skills by taking initiative and motivating others

**Skills**:

- Desire to meet people in the film & television industry
- Ability to work well in a busy environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Work well in teams
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to take charge of tasks and motivate others

Please note that this is an unpaid volunteer position. We value your dedication and commitment to making a difference in our community.

A stipend of £10 per day, to assist with expenses, will be paid after the event.
