**Responsibilities**:
Handle general administrative tasks, including managing files, records, and documents.
Greet visitors, parents, and students, providing them with a warm and welcoming environment.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Assist in maintaining student records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate school events, meetings, and appointments.
Assist teachers and other staff with administrative support as required.
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure the school operates efficiently.
Assist with student enrolment and admission processes.
Handle financial transactions, such as processing payments and managing petty cash.

Role: Administrator

Rates from: £90 Per Day

Located in: Glasbury, Powys

Start Date: 6th November

Duration / Likely Duration: Ongoing

Full-time/Part-time: Full-time

Hours: 8:30-16:00

Introduction to Safeguarding - Available FREE via Suppleo Education

Right to work in UK

Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (formerly CRB check) - available via Suppleo Education

**Salary**: From £90.00 per day
