Support Worker
- Duties:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with various needs with activities and
organising an area of our provision whilst promoting our core values
- Educate and empower individuals to develop life skills and achieve their goals
- Foster a safe and supportive environment for individuals to thrive in
- Encourage positive social engagement and relationships for the people we support.
- Promote creativity and independence.
- Following a timetable, Planning & delivering music activities to adults with Autism &
Learning disabilities with the rest of our team
- Ability to Assist With Basic Recording/Mixing sound & audio files.
- Delivering positive activities from music, arts & crafts health & wellbeing etc
- Support work 1-1 or groups

**Requirements**:

- A genuine interest in the client group
- Ability to work with within a team of creative people
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively educate and engage with individuals
- Experience or knowledge in music at a basic level is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse people
