Indirect Buyer

We are pleased to be able to help our esteemed client, an automotive manufacturer based in the Midlands for over 100 years, with their opportunity for an Indirect Buyer. Within the Purchasing Department, this position's key responsibility is to manageall indirect purchases for production sites at Warwick, Blackpool and Summerville as required. You will need to understand the business requirements and identify suitable sources of supply, issue requests for tender, analyse responses and negotiate to ensurethe business requirements are satisfied quickly and efficiently. This also includes producing summary reports on consumption and spend.
Open to hybrid working with up to 2 days at home per week, this role will be based in Warwick with a regular working pattern of 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00-13:00 Friday. It also has a very generous benefits package attached, including but not limitedto:
