**Job description**

Jackson Sims Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Concierge for a permanent role based within a luxury residential building.

This role will provide an average of 42 hours per week within a 4 on 3 off, 3 on 4 off shift pattern.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the reception area as well as all communal areas of the building
- Meeting and greeting residents and visitors and providing a high level of customer service at all times
- Liaising with and supervising contractors undertaking works on-site
- Assisting residents with day to day queries
- Managing and distributing keys, post and parcels
- Answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries
- Recording any incidents that occur and responding to requests quickly and effectively
- Issuing building fobs and parking permits

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Kensington: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- concierge: 2 years (preferred)
