Calling all future Estate or Lettings Agents this role could be for you

My client is looking for a bright, ambitious, well spoken, and well presented trainee that they can train up to be a future Estate Agent. You will be involved in selling a mixture of properties around the Selly Oak, Northfield areas of Birmingham

This particular role will be to work in the fast moving property market, you will also be working at a very high pace, doing lots of viewings and trust me no two days are ever the same

The role will include Saturday working however you will get some weekends off, full training will be given.
- Showing prospective buyers around properties
- **Registering buyers**

**Answering the phone**

**Arranging viewings**

**Cross selling products**

**Talking to Landlords about their properties and giving accurate feedback from potential tenants**

**Taking offers on properties**

**Working with the landlords to move in dates**

**Helping as needed with the team with taking messages, and covering on Lettings if and when required.**

**Car drivers only please**

Pay: £20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
