Autism Support Worker

I am actively recruiting for support workers to join an Adults residential service in Preston.
The service provides care and support to Adults with Autism and other complex needs. Some are 18 years and over, and some are 17 years old who are going through transition from children’s services.
We are looking for someone who is kind, caring and compassionate, with a minimum of 6 months experience working in Support.
Pay: £10.50 - £11.77 (Inclusive of Holiday Pay)
Hours: Pick your own shifts
Long Days: 8am - 10pm
Split shifts: 8am - 3pm / 3pm - 10pm
Waking Nights: 10pm - 8am
Location: Preston, Lancashire

**Requirements**:
- Right to work in the UK
- A minimum of 12 months experience working in support
- Ability to communicate at all levels
