My client, an iconic British manufacturing and technology company, need a Project Manager to join the team to help manage and deliver effective communications that present them in a clear, consistent, and appropriate way. Working closely with the team's ProgrammeManagers, Creative Director and other creatives and designers, you will manage image and identity projects from brief to delivery through detailed project scoping, budgeting, briefing, planning, resourcing, measuring, and reporting.
The team is busy and in demand, so you will be a gatekeeper and go-to for a wide range of general enquiries and work coming into the team. You will help to schedule the work for the team and may need to prioritise to balance business requirements with the resourceavailable. You will be a strategic thinker, able to challenge and influence briefs to ensure that delivered outcome is meaningful. You must be visually literate - understand design and an eye for what works - and understand our brand and tone of voice, thenact as a brand guardian to ensure that communications are always executed in an appropriate way.
**Responsibilities**
- Fully interrogate and challenge briefs from internal stakeholders, ensuring all briefs
are aligned with their Blueprint, values, and brand. Ensure all necessary information
is provided and the brief is clear before creative work begins.
- Be the in/out hub for all incoming projects and outgoing project communication.
- Engage, influence, and align key stakeholders on project strategy and key deliverables
- Create and manage detailed project plans for projects - scoping, budgeting, briefing,
planning, resourcing, integrating work streams, review points, milestone approval, pacing, measuring, and reporting where necessary.
- Review content for suitability, ensuring any assets generated are proof-read and sense checked. Ensure changes are clearly marked and briefed to the correct team, at the right time - and that they're carried out.
- Help internal clients forward plan to forecast resource on a rolling quarterly basis.
- Drive projects forward pro-actively, reviewing progress regularly to ensure they stay on track.
- Keep stakeholders updated on the status of each critical project stage. Plan and communicate required corrective actions when necessary.
- Establish and manage approval chains with the wider business, in-line with best practice.
- Brief and liaise with printers and other external partners where necessary to obtain
quotes and integrate their timings into the overall project schedule.
- Set and control production standards to ensure consistent and excellent execution.

**Experience and skills**
- Experience of working in a creative environment
- Collaboration, galvanising and energising a team of people to deliver
- Ability to engage and influence at a senior level.
- Knowledge of print and production processes
- Ability and experience in managing multiple projects
- Knowledge and experience in best practice project management technique
- Experience in running multi-lingual projects
- Experience in exercising cool judgement and prioritisation
- Understanding of the operational side of a business.
- Demonstrated capacity to develop and implement plans, and solutions to identified issues and problems.
- Have significant experience of balancing priorities, and deliverables across a large number of demands.
