We are looking for a fabulous Senior Receptionist to join and lead our busy and friendly reception team.

Hotel reception is the heart of the hotel to which all activities start, this means we are looking for someone who can multi task with a smile and keep our reputation for being a welcoming and friendly hotel. You will work standard reception Shifts 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm on a rota system.

Senior Receptionist involves a range of duties including: delivering the highest levels of customer service to our guests at all times, checking guests in ensuring they are aware of all the hotel services, allocating their rooms upon arrival, checking guests out at the end of their stay in accordance with company procedures, processing charges for services and payments, liaising with housekeeping for availability of clean rooms, rota management, ensuring banking & cashing up procedures are completed correctly, dealing with all guest enquires during their stay which may include directions, areas of local interest, operating the switchboard & taking reservations, always maximising all opportunities to sell rooms at best possible rate, whilst delivering Best Western brand values & standards.

We are looking for a friendly and engaging individual who can problem solve and action requests quickly, extremely organised and able to work with the wider hotel team. Be able to lead the reception team and to deliver a wonderful guest experience.

You must have at least 1 years experience in a similar role to be considered for this position. We need a reliable, confident individual with a proven track record working in a customer facing role.

Forest Hills Hotel is an independently owned 3* hotel affiliated with Best Western as a brand marketing partner. With 58 bedrooms, a Leisure Club facility to include an indoor pool, leisure club membership and an extensive class schedule, together with Hilltops Restaurant and Lounge Bar offering stunning views of the Mersey Estuary and extensive event spaces for meetings, conferences celebratory events and weddings.

As a 3-Star independent hotel, every member of staff plays an important part in our success, and we pride ourselves on our high standard of customer service with a loyal and repeat following.

Previous hotel experience is important but not crucial; we are keen to invest in people with personalities who are a good fit for our business. We do ask that you can demonstrate similar key skills, experience and success from a previous role.

**Salary**: £21,673.60-£23,000.00 per year
