We need a customer focused individual who will manage the efficient running of our Yard and Warehouse at our branch in Erith while being a direct support to the branch manager. This role is working with **Jewson Civils Frazer** in **Erith **as part of the **STARK Group**. We are a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe. - **What are we looking for?**_
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive person who enjoys working as part of a team, you should be happy working both indoors and outdoors with a focus on health and safety. You will be experienced in supervising teams in any warehouse/outdoor environment. Industry experience is desirable however not essential.
**Hours of Work**:Monday-Friday 7am-5pm
- **What will you be doing?**_
Our branches are busy places, with lots going on inside and out, and whilst the exact duties may vary here is a taster of the role.
- Directly supervising 3 team members across the Yard and Warehouse functions
- Additionally supervising a team of 3 drivers
- Ensuring all Health and Safety protocols are followed
- Covering the Site Manager when they are on holiday
- Ensuring all deliveries, loading and unloading are completed efficiently
