Electrical Maintenance Technician (Further Qualifications & Training)

£30,000 - £35,000 + Optional Overtime + 3 Bonuses a year + 32 Days Holiday + Flexi-Hours (40 hours per week between 6am-7pm) + Further training including mechanical and electrical qualifications such as PLC's + Scope of Career Progression

Workshop based, commutable from Stoke-on-Trent, Leek, Cheadle and surrounding areas

Are you a Maintenance background with an electrical background looking to work within a forward-thinking specialized manufacturer where you will work on cutting-edge machinery whilst being heavily invested in through external training and the opportunityto progress your career combined with optional overtime and regular bonuses?

This is a great opportunity where you will work with a close-knit maintenance team; Learn, develop and grow as an engineer combined with a shared call-out rota and overtime to boost your earnings whilst having a great work-life balance through no call outs.

This company turn-over 50 million pounds and have 11 people within their maintenance department out of 150 employees, they pay for external training and qualifications to offer their engineers a long and progressive career.

This role will suit a Maintenance Engineer with an electrical background but looking to further themselves technically in both mechanical engineering and PLC systems.

The Role:
*Maintenance of a range of manufacturing machinery that will challenge you on your mechanical and electrical skillset whilst also being trained
*Working as part of a 11 person maintenance team spread across a days only shift pattern, working closely with another engineer
*Further training including specialized training courses for machinery alongside overtime and shared call outs
*no call outs working 40 hours per week, with flexi hours between 6am - 7pm
The Person:
*Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
*Background within Maintenance Engineering
*Looking for a long-term career opportunity
