We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Delivery Planner to join our growing team in the operations department at Besure Group, a nationwide gas heating business. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently booking annual gas boiler service and maintenance appointments with our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule annual gas boiler service and maintenance appointments with customers
- Utilise excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions and satisfaction with our services
- Expertise in route planning to optimise engineers' travel routes for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with heating engineers on a daily basis to plan and manage their schedules
- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritise urgent service requests
- Handle customer complaints and challenges effectively, ensuring resolution and maintaining a positive customer relationship
- Implement retention strategies to encourage customers to continue working with Besure Group
- Proficient with computer systems and spreadsheets to record and organize customer data and appointment details
- Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed, throughout the process including follow up.
- Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient customer service conveying the brand.
**Person Requirements**:
- Prior experience in route planning, ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel for field engineers
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of heating engineers to plan and schedule their daily activities
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple appointments and deadlines
- Able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in computer systems and spreadsheets to record and analyse data
- Prior experience in a similar role within the heating or service industry is preferred
- Computer literate with experience of using a Data Management System
- People focused with the confidence and personality to develop long term customer relationships.
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.
- Customer focused - can identify and tackle critical issues. Willingness to find solutions and be prepared to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Flexible attitude to work and a team player. Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support the team during busy periods.
