Using a mixture of approaches and technologies based upon a sound knowledge of the latest thinking in how people learn. As well as the design of new solutions, you will curate solutions including 3rd party content, complete maintenance and updates and build out supporting digital and engagement assets.
- You’ll also be involved in designing the learning experience platform to create smooth, engaging learning experiences.

**Location** - Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle

**What you’ll be doing**
- Considers the latest thinking in human-centred and inclusive design to maximise colleague engagement and deliver impactful solutions.
- Applies BT’s learning principles, accessibility & inclusive design guidelines consistently to ensure solutions meet our quality standards.
- Designs, develops & curates learning resources and experiences to meet business needs. This includes formal and informal, multi-channel learning experiences across BT, and resources such as video, audio, imagery, digital courses and digital documents. It also includes being involved in learning experience platform architecture design.
- Works with the wider learning experience teams, as a key part of the define, discover, design, develop, deploy and iterate approach we utilise, to ensure project success.
